Handling toilets and pedestal sinks.

If the floor is site finished, we can generally sand around toilets and the base of pedestal sinks. The original color will remain under them of course so if that's an issue we'll need to have them removed. If the floor is prefinished, or we’re installing under these items, they’ll need to be removed and replaced. We don't remove or replace fixtures as it's out of the scope of our trade. We can recommend plumbers if you’d like but we do not coordinate with them directly.
