Lumber deliveries usually come from our supplier, Blake Steven’s, ahead of the install date. Because they have a warehouse that is controlled for humidity, long acclimation periods are not required. We’ll let you know the day it’s scheduled to be delivered and, as the delivery date gets closer, we can narrow the time frame down. Please keep the following in mind:

Lumber cannot be stored outside, in a basement or in a garage because of potential moisture damage.

They will deliver to the first floor only. We’ll move it once we’re onsite.

Please have pets corralled before arrival.

Please have a spot cleared for them to put the material as well as a clear path to that spot.
